Clip Synchronization still not working :(

Whether using Premiere 23, 24, or 25 - the clip synchronization function doesn't work right. It seems to work  with camera clips with embedded audio, but as soon as I add an audio WAV file, it doesn't work properly (only audio track 1 comes up as an option - no other tracks or a mixdown option). I think I found a work around where I sync the cameras up first, then add the audio file. Shouldn't you be able to do everything at once? It used to work well in previous versions (22 and under).

Sorry for the delayed reply.

LTC is greyed out when I go to modify the file. But for some reason it seems to be working. I was on another project and restarted my system. So perhaps a restart was the solution?

BTW - I'm not sure what camera or audio cards were used in production. I'm working with Canon MXF files and WAVs.

Thank you.

Hi @Erik Hutch,

Thanks for the question. See if this video tutorial about new syncing options might be helpful to you.https://adobe.ly/3QwGTNT. Does the .wav file contain LTC? That could be the issue. I hope we can help you here.

Thanks,
Kevin
