Clips are stuck on first frame when I rescale!

When I rescale a 4k clip down on a 1080 timeline the clip freezesand just stays on the first frame as I scrub or play. Anyone know how to fix this?

Try deleting the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

What kind of media are you working with and is this affecting all your clips? Are you using any effects or speed changes on the clips?
