Closed Caption DTVCC Transport in MXF files

Hi guys 

Does Someone on this forum has worked with Closed Caption for Broadcast, A/53 DTVCC Transport?

Does someone know if Adobe has a plugin or a special configuration for the embedding caption for broadcast as DTVCC?
