Closed Captioning: PPro or MovieCaptioner

Greetings,

I need to make CC. In the past I used MovieCaptioner but PPro may have made advances since 2015 with I used MovieCaptioner. Does anyone have a preference?

I am not familiar with MovieCaptioner, but creating captions in Premiere Pro is quite easy and simple.
