Closed Captions CC in Premiere Pro 20224

Looking for ideas to solve this! 

Please see the photo. The CC is correct in the program monitor. You can see the selected CC track has the text capitalized in the Essential Graphics panel. When I export though, I get the original transcript. I need the export to include the caption track on the sequence that includes the text with capitalization. Ideas
