Color adjustment not usable/greyed out

Hi all! So im just finally getting comfortable with Premier Pro, and of course I run into an issue that not even my friend, who is a pro video guy can figure out.

While building a video with footage from my first flights with my Mavic 3, When I go to edit color all the menus are greyed out (see screenshot) This is the only time Ive had this happen. Anyone know how I can fix this?

For anyone coming to this old post, as it's been added to ... you have to have a clip selected in the timeline panel before the Lumetri settings are "on".

Everyone's mileage always varies ...

Make sure your clips are not grouped, even with audio. Selecting everything and right-clicking ‘ungroup’ solved everything for me.
