COLOR IS OFF on IMPORTED VIDEOS

Okay, so I updated (probably NOT a good idea)

Anyway, my logo is on the RIGHT and Premier Pro is on the left... so...

WTF? 

The colors are way off, the quality is terrible and im not understanding why?

This was NOT an issue before.

I tried uninstalling the current version of PP and installing an older version and im still having this issue.

Graphics Card is updated also.

Windows 11 if that helps.
