I am making a pitching video for my boss, while I have an issue with the video effect. I used a color key effect to remove our office white background into another image. However, I think the white background is too match with my boss’s skin color. The color tolerance can only set to 8. You can see the photo attached that there is some white pixel in the background. I want to ask if there is any way to prevent the effect of working on the area that we don’t want? Like Masking the person? Below is the link to the video, I would appreciate if you could help me. Thanks!

This is not simple stuff. for a color key to work properly, you need to have a color background using a color that is not present in the foreground subject. white is not gonna work very well. You might try a luma key which will key out either white or black. With either type, you can use the opacity controls in the effect controls to draw a matte around the foreground subject and track the movement but it's not gonna be great or easy. color keys usually use a green or blue background and you have to make sure your subject is not wearing anything with the background color and you also want to keep your subject as far away as possible from the background so you don't get "spill" from the background on your subject.
