Color libraries locally?

We would like to put all our brand colors in a library for reference in After Effects and Premier. Is it possible to do that using a file that we can save and share with our team without loading it onto the cloud? We do not want this propriatary information on the cloud but kept internally?

Perhaps keep a Premiere Pro project file containing items you reuse or even a Photoshop file on your local drives? I use Productions where I have entire projects dedicated to things like this. I use https://color.adobe.com/create/color-wheel to generate my color chips, which I like to collect.
