Command + and - shortcut no longer works

Question

I forever used these commands to zoom in and out on my timeline... Since the newest update, this no longer works.  Now it just expands the tracks... I go into my shortcut settings and set it to zooming in and out of the timeline and it still only expands the video tracks... Someone, please help. Thank you.
