compatibility

 I have a compatibility problem. With Adobe Premiere Pro it says that this device does not work. I have checked the specifications and they are compatible, but apparently also in all Adobe applications, my computer is incompatible.

Use a different browser to download the software.

Here's the requirements, what is your hardware. Be sure to be logged into the Creative Cloud desktop in order to install products.

The components my computer is using is 

Ryzenn 9 7900x

MSI MPG X670E CARBON
32gb ram Corsair Vengeance DDR5
RTX 4080

Are you using the Creative Cloud Desktop frontend? If not, then which Web browser are you using to download the program?

 

And while you're at that, then which version and build of Windows are you using (or macOS, if you're using a Mac)?

I am using Windows 11 and I use the opera gx browser

Download the Adobe Creative Cloud app using Microsoft Edge as your browser. Some browsers, such as Opera, has had compability issues.

 

And, make sure that your computer meets the minimum requirements and that your GPU uses the latest drivers and use only the Studio Driver: NVIDIA Studio Driver | 560.81 | Windows 11 |
