Computer shutting off when exporting

When I try to export my video, my computer completely shuts off.

I fixed it with a combination of youtube videos, deleting files, changing settings and updating my computer.

Does it shut down properly or does it just crash? You must provide more information about the tech specs of your system to find out if your computer meets the minimum requirements for proper operation, so you can begin to have a better picture of what could be happening.

It completely turn off like it has been unplugged. The last time this happened, I updated premiere and it stopped. I did more updates yesterday and it still turns off. My computer is not overheating.
