Computer stürzt ab nach einiger Zeit

Hallo,

ich habe leider ein echt nerviges Problem...

Seit letzter Zeit ist es so, wenn ich in Premiere oder After Effects arbeite, stürzt mein PC einfach so ab und startet sich von selbst neu.

Alle anderen Programme (Illustrator,Photoshop,Indesign,Lightroom,Audition) funktionieren super ! Und ansonsten läuft mein PC auch ohne Probleme.

Prozessor: AMD FX-6300 Six-Core 3,50 Ghz

RAM: 8,00 GB DDR3

Grafikkarte: Geforce GTX 970

Mainboard: MSI 970A-G45

Windows 10 Pro

Ich habe schon fast alles ausprobiert: Adobe Creative Cloud neu installiert, Windows neu installiert, Diverse Tipps aus dem Internet wie z.B. die Firewall für AE und Premiere zulassen etc.

Thanks for posting in Adobe forums. Sorry for the issue with crash.

It seems like an issue with GPU drivers. Have you tried to update the GPU drivers to latest version? If yes, downgrade to previous version.

Hey Vidya,

thanks for your help, but unfortunately it still does not work...

I had all the time the latest drivers and have also tried to downgrade it without success.

Thanks for the reply. Just for a test, create a new Administrator account in Windows OS, login to it & try launching Premiere Pro.
