Constant Crashing of Premiere Pro A Low-Level Exception Occurred in: ImporterMPEG (Importer: 39)

I have a brand new lenovo laptop running a i7 core 10th gen processor and 16gb of ram, on the latest build of Premiere Pro and my marketing employee is telling me its constantly crashing and making it take forever for him to get any work done.  Is there any solution for this?   See the attached screen shot. 

Please help!

Sorry to hear about this. Let us know the specifications of the media files that you are working with (format/codec, frame rate & frame size). Also, how much RAM is allocated to Adobe apps under Edit  > Preferences > Memory?
