Continuous video thumbnails

I need to show continuous video frames on the Premiere timeline (Latest 2023 version) 

 

This answer (On the track layout, look top left where the name of the project is. Click those 3 horizontal bars. Go down and select "Continuous Video Thumbnails". =

 

Doesn't solve the problem, there is no option in the dropdown for continuous video thumbnails.

    Are you saying your box does not have this option?

     

    If you have selected this and you dont have the thumbnails make sure the track heights are large enough for the frames.

      im new to adobe but i cant get the option for continuous video thumbnails
