Continuous video thumbnails

I need to show continuous video frames on the Premiere timeline (Latest 2023 version) 

This answer (On the track layout, look top left where the name of the project is. Click those 3 horizontal bars. Go down and select "Continuous Video Thumbnails". =

Doesn't solve the problem, there is no option in the dropdown for continuous video thumbnails.

Are you saying your box does not have this option?

If you have selected this and you dont have the thumbnails make sure the track heights are large enough for the frames.

OK yes thanks, I've establised by accident that the option to show this is now under the SEQUENCE name and not in the PROJECT PANEL as descibed by others. This has changed with the new release of Premiere Pro.

No this has not changed for several versions, at least 2017 as far as I can tell.
