Convert .fcp file to Premier Pro?

Hello everyone,  I have an older Final Cut Pro X project file,  .fcp format NOT .xml.  I no longer have Final Cut installed, and need to convert it .xml or Premier. Does anyone know if there's a converter app that does this? Thanks for any help!

As far as I know there's no way to access the FCP7 file data from within a project file without opening it (in FCP7) and exporting an xml. I still have FCP 7 runnning on some machines here and might be able to extract an xml - direct message me through the forum.
