Convert MOV to AVI and Preserve Alpha?

Anyone know how to do this? I have some show graphics with alphas out that I need to share with someone who can only work with AVI files. Every time I've exported it the alpha is missing in the AVI file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Select AVI, set codec to NONE and depth 32 bit.

Or select cineform avi.

That worked! Thank you. I had it set at 24 bit. One more question if you don't mind.

The resulting file has some flickering colors and doesn't look the best, so I selected Use Maximum Render Quality, but then it shrunk the video down to less than 16 x 9. Is there any way to get a better result without changing the resolution of the export?

MRQ has nothing to do with 16x9.

Post screenshot of export settings with left tab to output with an image.
