copy and pasting play head position

Im marking in points for multiple audio track where i need the clips to start at the same point in time, when copying the playhead position from clip A to clip B the position reads correct but is actually a frame behind. it only fixes itself by me manually moving the play head back and forth.

EX. if i copied and pasted 15;41;02;25. the playhead position will read 15;41;02;25. but when marking an in point, it will put it at 15;41;02;24 which is really annoying.

is this a feature or a bug?

I'm not sure I'm understanding what you're asking about.

I can say that the playhead/CTI (current time indicator) is always at the front of any clip. In other words, the clip it is "attached to" is following it. Until you are way 'zoomed in' of course.

Ok let me try and re explain becuase i dont know what you are saying either.

in the source moniter im making in and out points for my clips. when i have the playhead in the correct position i mark an in point and copy the position of the play head (the blue number off to the left of every clip in the source moniter). When i go to a diferent clip and paste the position (back to the blue numbers on the left)

essentially all im doing is moving the playhead to a very specific time within the clip via the playhead position number. but it is always one frame early, rendering my efforts useless

Ok ... but I've no clue how you're using this. Fascinating as we all work differently.
