copy cuts from one sequence to another

hellooo

I edited a whole 3 hourse of footage into 2 minutes trailer - but i didnt modify the sound channels before hand, so now i have the cuts but bad sound.

so i modified the sound for all of the clips but i dont want to have to go through all the 3 hours all over again - is there a way to get the timecodes from the timeline so itll be easier to find? or copy the cuts?

when i watch the video in the source window it doesnt show the in and outs 😞

i hope ,y problem is clear and hopefully someone has a solution for it
