Copying images from newspapers in the internet to import to Premiere Pro

Premiere can import most image formats; I would simply make screen captures of the web sites in question or use a browser plugin to capture an entire webpage as an image.

And be mindful of copyright when doing this -- you'll need to have permission to use those captures in your project.
