Copying MOGRT file to shared CC library not working

I've created a MOGRT file in AE and saved it and then installed it on Premiere Pro through the install motion graphics template button. I want to then copy the template so it is saved in a shared CC library so other users in my team can use it. When I try right clicking > copy to library and then picking the shared library I want (in attachment - its called ES MOGRT files) which has previous MOGRT files I have saved in there) it doesn't seem to be showing up. I have tried signing in and out of CC app and restarting machine, and syncing countless times but it is not showing... anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

I'm using Premiere Pro 2020 (14.0.0 build 572) and AE 2020 (17.0.1 BUILD 52) - I've been able to add other MOGRT files in the past to shared libraries but now I don't seem to be able to anymore.

Ok thanks again fro the replies. I checked our internal records and there was a problem like this that happened at times using Pr14.0x572. It's been fixed intrenally. So if you can update at the next version (coming very soon) it shoudl hopefully fix your problem as well.

I am struggling with this also since the new version came out! Tried different computers, logging in and out.

The weird thing is that when I try to import the default template "Angled Coming Up Next" it works but the default template "Sport Scoreboard" it won't work. And all my own created templates now won't work (previous it worked). Also tried different Libraries but none works.

Thanks for letting us know about this. We want to try to help get this working for you.
If you open that ae mogrt into Ae (or any other ae mogrt) can you save the Library directly by using Export as Motion Graphics?

Hi, yes I have tried both ways. First I tried saving directly from AE by exporting as motion graphics to the shared library but it does not show in there. Then I tried saving as a local MOGRT file and adding it in Premiere Pro to my local templates, and then copying it to a shared template, but it does not show either that way.
