cracks on screen effect for premiere

i am looking for some fx that would let me create kind of cracks on the screen, or somo toher way to do that

any hint?

That might be best done in After Effects.

thanksi have ckecked, probably is not that what suit me properly. i think i ll need more an artifical fx as i want the clip to be spoiled from the crack. and my clip is only a white background with 2 dancer moving...si it is kind of difficult...i d rather need somehing that break the clip..better said
