Crash Report

I've a crash on while importing files in premiere pro

It displays that

Application "Premiere Pro" has crashed A crash report has been generated. This report can help Adobe find solution to the problem

I've a screenshot and syst information as zip file,I don't how to sent that to adobe community

    You generally don't.  Only if staff member specifically asks for it, in which case that staff member can tell you how.

    But I'm in my project now the crash has happened

    Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

    Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

    Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

    Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers

    Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter

    •nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

    •ATI Driver Autodetect http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

    There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version

    windows 10 home

    i'm using intel i5 6200u cpu

    and nvidia ge force

    premiere pro 2018

    file version 12.1.2.69 and

    program version 12.1.2
