crash

I was updating my Premiere Pro then suddenly it uninstalled on my computer. and I can't open my Premiere Pro anymore not even install it back.
supposed to be it should be updating mode and waiting to complete then opening the app.
now it's not, it is uninstalled and can't be updated or downloaded back. please find solution to this. I need this for my work
