Create a multicam sequences from an already edited timeline.

Let's take a standard edited timeline, with cuts between 5 cameras:

Is there a way to recreate a multicam sequences from it, and obviously keeping the existing clip changes as multicam cuts?

Not sure if it can help, but I can also separate all cameras by tracks (see screenshot below)

I've tried to nest the five tracks (and multicam the whole thing), but the sequence is missing the cuts. Not sure if it's possible to recreate them in the newly multicam timeline.
