Creating a tennis scoreboard

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a tennis scoreboard to edit some tennis matches videos for Youtube. I use Premiere Pro to edit, and I can't find on internet a tennis scoreboard template. I would like to be able to customize the scoreboard directly on premiere pro. So the file could be in MOGRT format. I need to be able to customize the player names, the scores... Someone to help me ?
