Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool still useful and recommended?

I want to know if the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool is still recommended to do a clean install of Premier Pro, I use PP2019 and PP2020.

I did a clean install of the MacOs last year, hen reinstalled all the Adobe apps. It was running amazing until the past month when I started getting issues such as script errors closing down the app,  usual playback issues, spinning wheel of death randomly etc etc

I'm trying to clean out any remaining Adobe files so I can make sure there's no files from previous installs causing problems. Has anyone tried it yet and any things to consider?

Yes, it still works as before. Odd as it does look. I do recommend that, instead of uninstalling the app first as the instructions say, that you run the app to do both the uninstall and cleanup. It doesn't always catch everything if the app is uninstalled first in my experience. It does if the Cleaner tool does the uninstall also.
