Creative Cloud on Macbook not showing CC 2017 installer

Hi all,

I have CC installed on my PC and my Macbook. A few week ago all the apps on my PC updated to CC 2017 - works fine, so no issue there

However, my Macbook Air (2011) does not show any app versions later than CC 2015.5.

Why is this? I need the same version on both computers so I can bring my work with me when I travel! All my CC 2017 project files won't open!

Thanks in advance.

Check the System requirements for NEW Cloud Programs to see if your operating system qualifies... scroll down and check each program

Specs seem fine, but my OS is 10.9.5 (Mavericks).

Premiere 2017 requires:

  • MacOS X  v10.10, v10.11 or v10.12

Upgrading to MacOS Sierra now.

Will see how it goes. Thanks.

Upgrading OSX worked. Thanks.
