Crop tool greyed out
I just got done creating my video and my last step is to crop it but for some reason when I searched the crop tool, it is greyed out and I am unable to use it on any of my clips?

Crop is an Effect in Premiere Pro.
You'll find it in the Effects tab under Video Effects > Transform > Crop.
After applying it to a clip in the Timeline, adjust the parameters in the Effect Controls or click the Crop effects in the Effect Controls to get handles in the Program tab that you can click and drag.
