CTRL+Z not working in Premiere Pro???????????????????????????

Hello!

I've been dealing with this problem for some time now, otherwise in the premier pro ctrl z and other command doesn't work and it's annoying and time consuming to do everything with the mouse. I have already tried resetting, reinstalling and resetting preferences. What else can I do?

Any suggestion or help please!
