I recently installed Windows 10 and When I opened Premiere Pro CC 2019 i couldn't find CUDA Acceleration.
I Tried reinstalling the drivers. I contacted many for help but all in vain.
I'm desperate to fix this.

My GPU : GT 730 ( Previously used CUDA acc with CC 2017 in Win 7)

OS : Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC Build 17763

I suppose it has something to do with my OS. Any kind of help is appreciated.

So after some research i found out Nvidia stopped any improvement updates for fermi cards after 391.35 driver version. So I cannot use CUDA in CC 19 or 18 unless i change my graphics card. in CC 17 Cuda works with driver version 391.35. I'm not sure how long nvidia would let me to stay at 391. This was the issue.
Anyways thanks for your help guys!

Still haven't found out a proper cause for this. Someone said that GT 730 is not supported anymore in CC 19. But even when i checked in CC 17 with reverted graphics drivers, the CUDA doesn't show up.

CC19 is different under the hood from CC17.

Look at answer 37 here:

I cant use my GPU in Premiere Pro 2018, Adobe Media Encoder, After Effects

might be your problem if you have a Fermi card.

You might not have completely uninstalled CC 2019 when you reinstalled CC 2017.1.4.

In addition, most GT 730's are actually rebranded Fermi-generation GT 430's. Some GT 730's use the newer but still lousy low-end GK208 variant of Kepler. And your GT 730 might likely have been a version that had only 1 GB of VRAM.
