Damaged file Premiere Pro Project and cannot seem to recover in anyway.

I've attached the file below but a few days ago, I was working on this file for around 6-7 hours ish, completed it, saved it and then tried exporting it. Kept exporting as a 0mb mp4 and XML, tried again through media encoder but it said the file could not be opened so then I stopped bothering with trying to export it and closed it for the day.

Today, I try opening it only to see it says it is damaged and can not be opened. I look around for solutions like clearing preferences with alt + opening PP, importing the project (cannot be opened still), importing sequences (also couldn't open), XML wrenching (no clue how to work this), restarting and signing in and out of Creative Cloud, looking for auto-save files (I remember it autosaving when I was working on it but the auto-save folder doesn't have a single version of it) and looking thru %temp% folder for the project.

None of these worked. But I do have a few things I wanted to note down. The file below is 150kb, and before this final project, I was working on the previous file of the project before my PP had crashed and I was told to create a new file which is the one below. The file before is 115kb and possibly the transfer over into the new file caused all this? I was working on the latest file for around 3 hours before I tried exporting so I feel like it isn't the problem.

Also when I open it, there's no media locating errors and I had my auto-save preferences set to every 15 minutes and 20 max versions in the same location as the project. I also should mention that this was worked on Windows 10 PC and the files were saved and worked on from a USB. I probably should've saved it in multiple places but if anyone could find more solutions or try seeing what is wrong with my file below, please let me know. I wanted to try contact Adobe Virtual Help but my organisation hasn't allowed it for some reason.

P.S. Just got this message trying to attach the file"

"The attachment's copy of project1.prproj content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed." Maybe I can email the file if anyone needs to try stuff with it?

Leopold, the bug mentioned above was fixed in 23.2. Please try updating if you have that issue.

Thanks,
Kevin
