How do you import graded footages from davinci to premiere. For me
After grading in davinci and exporting to premiere, the render videos eats all my storage ..for a 1 min video takes more than 10gb space..Any fix for this .I use QuickTime uncompressed format for render in davinci

Define "lossless" ... seriously, that's a personal choice.

Most movie work is done with up to several generations of some of the clips of the project, typically using ProRes 4444 as they may have alpha channel needs. BIG files.

Some long-form or episodic work is done with lesser needs, so several generations of ProRes422 or ProRes422 HQ, or the DNx/r equivalents, are fine.

Much work is done where two-three generations of ProRes 420 will be indistinguishable.

Pick your poison.

So in what format should i export

"We" don't know your media, the use of your exports, so we don't know anything that would help us give advice.

For some things where only one generation or two of intermediate work is involved, even a fairly high bitrate H.264/5 format can work.

But it depends on what you start with, and what you're doing to it, and what you need to end up with.
