Delete Media Cache Files? [Was Re: Harddisk usage/space problem with Premiere Pro CS6 trial]

Hello fellow editers...

What effect does it have, when you delete Media cache files? Will it do anything to my already finished work and projects I'm currently work on?

    You can delete those files and Premiere Pro will recreate them if needed.
