Computer Stats:

CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 32 GB DDR4-3200
OS: Windows 10 (newest update)

I have updated all my drivers, my graphics card, have the newest verison of premiere (14.2), and have the newest version of RG Suite. Every time I try to apply the Denoiser III effect to my clips, I get the following error "Denoiser III cannot be applied. OpenCL is missing or your hardware is not supported". Can anyone help me out here? I feel like I have tried everything... Updated everything, restarted computer, Nested the clips before applying effect, etc. See image below.

And yes, I am using Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA) as my renderer.

Have you updated to the Maxon control panel yet? The old RedGiant controls are not working in Pr2022 for most users.
