Is it possible to do Deshaking and noise reduction in Pro?

De-shaking ... do you mean stabilization? If so, try the Warp stabilizer.
De-noise ... video or audio noise?
Audio noise yes, there are many tools for that.
Video noise, no. You need to get something like Neat de-noiser, or the Red Giant or other video de-noiser plug-ins.
