tengo la version 23.5.0

lo corro en windows

hago el procedimiento pero no lo jace el premierre los cortes

que debo hacer para que esto funcione correctamente

Tried the clip myself and it works as expected but did miss quite a few cuts.

Are you working of an external drive?

Yes, with a NAS, I have had it for more than a year and it worked correctly.
