lo corro en windows

hago el procedimiento pero no lo jace el premierre los cortes

que debo hacer para que esto funcione correctamente

Rewrap in Shutter encoder to mov. See if that will work

Using media encore I converted it to apple prores HQ and it still doesn't work.
also uninstall premiere pro and install it and it still doesn't work.
