Hello. Will the discontinuation of Creative Cloud synced files to impact auto save to cloud for Premiere Pro? It is a key part of our project back up worklfow. Thanks and sorry if this has already been discussed. I searched to no avial.
Posting my anger into the void:
I just gotta say this really sucks Adobe! We depend on project files automatically backing up. To discontinue something so fundemental as cloud sync these days is just astonishingly lame. Now we have to make sure all our computers are setup to auto save to some 3rd party service. People are going to lose so much work.

Thanks for the note. You wish to know about upcoming plans for auto save to Creative Cloud. Right? Unfortunately, information of that nature is often not shared ahead of time for a variety of reasons. If I hear of any advanced notice other than what's already been announced, I'll post it on the forum. Sorry about that. Why is this being done? I don't get it.. i've been very heavy CC user... this is a hugeee step back for the platform..

Just wondering if this planned discontinuation will prevent me and my team from using the handy Premiere Pro auto save to CC cloud as a project backup. We are on Adobe for Enterprise.

I might also add, with the cost of Creative Cloud vs. a one time Final Cut purchase or virtually free Resolve, Adobe might keep some value added features like this to stay competitive.

@Kevin-Monahan ... I've seen some places where it was said that User profile syncing would continue, but others where it is said that will not continue. As in, syncing your profile up to the CC Cloud, then down to another computer.
I cannot tell for certain if that is correct or not, including from reading through the link you provided.
Could you report on that, please?

@R Neil Haugen I read a note today actually on Adobe web site that stated for single account users profile syncing stops Feb 2025.
Not sure about Enterprises.
I was searching for this as could not get my preferences to reset and clear !
