DJI Files importing as wrong frame rate in Premiere and After Effects

Hello All,

I recently switched to Windows and have noticed all my DJI drone files that were shot at 60fps, are importing into Premiere Pro and After Effects with the notation that they are 23.98fps.  However, the files are still 60fps, and playback as so.  If I try to modify the interpretation of the clip to 23.98, it stays exactly the same, and is still playing back at 60fps.  If I try to change the clip to 60fps, it speeds it up.  These files all work on my Mac Pro, and import easily into Premiere Pro.

System Info:

Windows 10 Pro

Premiere Pro 2020

Did you check the files in Mediainfo if they are really 60 fps.

Please post screenshot.
