.dll files missing error in Premiere Pro CC

After Purchasing the software and downloaded it from Creative Cloud. And working for 5 hours as soon as I restarted the software and suddenly an error popups with the statement "The code execution cannot proceed because amtlib.dll was not found." . I need an urgent assistance over this issue as my professional work is getting affected because of it.

I have tried so many calls on customer care support. But my call were never received by any of the Agents.

@adobe please fix this issue as soon as possible. and I need a Personal Assistance over the issue I am facing.

Before we waste Time on the discussion for What is the Configuration of my computer or In what version do I am facing the problem and etc. Here is are all the related description  which can save us some time.

Processor- Intel i7 7700k

Ram- 16GB

Graphic Card - Nvidia 1050Ti

Operating System - Windows 10

Boot drive - 250GB SSD

Software - Premiere PRO CC 2017 & Premiere Pro CC 2018

You should be able to simply uninstall PrPro using the CC desktop app, reboot, and re-install PrPro from the CC app again. You could also search the web, there's a ton of sites offering various versions of that file, but ... I wouldn't recommend that. Just reinstall.
