Does it work to move a edited project to another computer?

Hi Adobe Community,

I am in the process of buying a mid-tier laptop which would help me edit on the fly. After looking into the different rendering time on my future laptop and my desktop, my desktop was the clear winner. Therefore I was wondering if it would work to edit on my laptop and then when I get home to transfer over the final edited project and render the video. Is this a possibility within Premiere Pro?  Is there any alternative way I could do this transfer?

Is there anything that I am overlooking?

The easiest way to do that is to use the Project Manager:

Copy, consolidate, transcode, and archive your Adobe Premiere Pro project
