Double screen trouble, most strange probleme i had

Hello everybody.  I work on a laptop Pc ( windows 10) and Premiere pro 2018. My pc is a ROG ASUS G701VI  i7-6700hq 32ram and 1080gtx.

When I want to work with another screen (with hdmi wire) Premiere pro have this trouble ( see on picture ). I can't read my timline or any video but the sound is ok.

I must close premiere pro AND i can't restart it... I must restart windows if i want to restart premiere

Sometime i don't have any trouble but must of the time i can restart several times but nothing happen...

If someone can help me. Thank you in advance for your answer.
