Downloaded v25.4 - Won't open!

Hi,

I just downloaded the latest version (25.4) and it won't open! It opens a warning window telling me it's damaged and can't be opened and that I should move it to the Trash. It shows an additional text saying that the file was downloaded in an unknown date.

Anyone else got the same problem with this version?
