Downloading Adobe premiere 19 V13.1.5

I need to download this specific version of premiere to work on a project. Adobe creative cloud does not let me download verisons before 2020 and ProTools only has the original version of 19. Any advice?

Black Magic Design allows users to reload previous versions of Davinci Resolve. Resolve is now up to version 17. You can go back as far as version 11. Why does Adobe remove all of the previous versions?

how is that allowed? our macs has run premier pro perfectly fine earlier but only updates forcing us to buy new Mac´s for 2000 dollars, its such a dick move

You don't have to update you can stay with your current version as long as you like.

But if something goes wrong then its end of story.
