Draging and dropping custom Transitions turns screen black

Everytime I drag and drop a transition the transition is just black. Then when I try to render it says there's a problem. The image I posted is the problem it's talking about.

Maybe post your sequence settings screen and info on you hardware and the clip info.

Your transitions are not custom but 3r party software (Film impact).

Reinstall the transition pack.
