Hey There
Version: 24.0.3
Windows 10 Pro Version 22h2 OS build: 19045.3693
CPU: i5 13600k
GPU 1: rtx 3080
GPU 2: rtx 2070super
RAM: 64gb
So when i try to export or rendering the file inside of premiere pro its using my Main GPU 3080.
but when i transfer it to media encoder it uses both of my gpus, 3080 and 2070super. but the thing is they balance out, like the 3080 is at 50% and 2070super is at 50% usage and because the 2070super isnt really as fast as 3080, the export times become slightly longer (from 5 mins to 6-7mins example) so i was wondering is there any fix to this? and if not can premiere pro get feature so all gpus get used at the same time, example like in after effects multi frame export. using 1gpu to render specific frames and 2nd gpu to render other ones and then combine it. this would really help as in the future i want to get 2 very good gpus (4090s or new gen) and want to get the max out of it.

I found the issue, so i have 3 monitors and i just kept my 3 monitors on 1 gpu (3080) and when i was exporting or rendering only the 3080 was used 100% utilisation, meanwhile the 2070 super nothing. so what i did is put 1 hdmi/display port cable to also the rtx 2070 super so both gpus have atleast 1 monitor. now the 3080 is at 90-100% usage, the rtx 2070 super is at lowest points 40% but also gets to 100% it spikes up and down, but i would still say its an average of 70% usage. i hope this helps everybody.
quick explanation. put on both gpus at least 1 monitor connection (hdmi or display port)

Thanks for the tips. Did you test both setups, pre/after you added the hdmi cable. To let us know which way is faster.
