Duplicate Preview Folders in my Scratch Disk setup

I'm not too sure what is going on as I have had this happen for a while and would like to fix it. Every Project I make creates duplicate video and audio preview folders of each project. Some render files are spread out in the duplicate folders while other duplicate folders are blank. When I go to Sequence>Delete Render Files. It won't delete all render files but only in one of the folders. Here are some screenshots of my setup and what's going on. As you will see I only have one project titled "Wedding Shannon and Lane" but multiple audio preview folders appear with numbers next to them for that project. Same thing happens for every project I have.
