Dynamic Link not working as expected in Premiere Pro 24.3

Dynamic Link is completely broken. The new version is unuseable until you fix that.

    Sorry, you're hitting this issue. I don't have any trouble with dynamic link and After Effects. Is that what you're facing? Have you updated both apps? Let me know. Hope I can assist. Be sure to tag me @Kevin-Monahan to get my attention.

    I have the same problem. Unless After Affects is running in the background, footage is showing as missing.
    Even if it is running in the background, once I send the sequence to export in Media Encoder, it's showing as missing in ME. At the same time I can see it properly in Premiere and AE.
